Victoria Avis joins CPCS as an urban planner focused on emerging-market infrastructure.

Victoria has joined CPCS, a global employee-owned management consulting group specializing in major projects, transportation, energy, and infrastructure. As an urban planner, she leverages geopolitical insights and global development policy to support resilient and equitable infrastructure development across emerging markets. She holds a Master in City Planning from MIT and previously worked in USAID's Bureau for Africa.

Chinasa T. Okolo named 2026 World Bank Group Africa Fellow.

Selected to the World Bank Group's competitive Africa Fellowship Program for her work on AI and data governance across the continent. Okolo is also the founder of Technecultura, a research and advocacy organization focused on equity in AI for the Global South.

Spencer Knoll testifies before House Appropriations on FY2026 global health funding.

Appeared before the House Subcommittee on State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs to make the case for sustained U.S. bilateral investment in malaria prevention and treatment. The testimony underscored the public-health and strategic returns of continued U.S. engagement.
